Go Make Disciples by Brad Francis

Send to Kindle

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” – Jesus (Matt. 28:19-20 ESV)

The Great Commission is one of the most familiar passages in the Bible. Churches put it up in sanctuaries and kids memorize it in children’s programs. We’re all reminded on a regular basis that it’s our job to go and make disciples of all nations.

Wait. Hold on. We’re supposed to be doing this? How?

A new book from bestselling author Brad Francis seeks to answer those questions. Go Make Disciples: How Jesus Did It, How We Can Do It examines the life and ministry of Jesus to discover how Jesus turned His inner circle from followers into disciple makers who “turned the world upside down” (Acts 17:6). Brad searched the Gospels and identifies five different ways that Jesus made disciples—Example, Evaluation, Education, Equipping, and Experience—and suggests how we can adapt those same methods to modern life.

The book currently averages 4.8 stars on Amazon. One reviewer said, “If you learn best in a conversational style, talking one-on-one with a relatable mentor, then this book is a must-read for every believer.” Another went out of their way to praise the writing: “This book is clear, understandable, and very easy to read, not at all a chore to plow through like some theology books. Francis has a humorous, down-to-earth, conversational writing style, and you will feel as though you are sitting right there with him as you read. I don’t know when the last time was that I read a book this theologically sound, about this critical a spiritual issue, that was so interesting and entertaining that it just kept me turning pages.”

You can find Go Make Disciples for most ebooks (including Kindle, Nook, and iBooks) and in paperback.
Plus! To celebrate the wide release, we’re giving away two collections of Brad Francis’ other books, which have all enjoyed time on Amazon bestseller lists: The Book of the Harvest, an inspiring short story about a man in heaven who discovers a special book that makes him reevaluate how he lived his earthly life; Emaline’s Gift, book one in The Magi Chronicles, a YA fantasy in which 13-year-old Emaline gets caught up in an ancient, magical war between the Christ following magi and the evil obeah; and The Savvy Demon’s Guide to Godly Living, a satirical novel for mature audiences about a drunk demon who inadvertently sparks a worldwide revival by telling a pastor precisely what his church is doing wrong. One collection consists of all three ebooks; for the other, the winner gets to choose between ebooks and paperbacks. But you can only win if you enter!

Top 10 Ways to Make Money Blogging Countdown by Shaun F Messick

Send to Kindle

A couple of years back, I set out on a quest. A quest to make money blogging and make hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month; enough to retire from my job and live the life of my dreams. But alas, that didn’t happen after my first blog post.

C’mon man! What? People didn’t just rush to my blog after the first post. They didn’t even come and give me their money after my 9th, 10th, 11th, and so on…

What the heck?

Did I have my hopes too high? You bet I did. No one is going to be the next Tymothy Sykes or Cute Girls Hairstyles guru overnight.

This career field is relatively new with the advent of the Internet (and No, I will not give Al Gore props on his claimed invention). Thousands of people have jumped on the so called band wagon. According to DazInfo.com, a technology blog, there were over 111 million bloggers online by the end of 2011 (Old data, for sure, but I didn’t want to waste time from writing this article to do more research, so I will stick with the outdated data).

You see my point here. I’m not even going to try and speculate how many bloggers are out there in 2013. You get it – too many to count. Nonetheless, there are thousands of bloggers that are making a nice living online.

So what do these bloggers do to make money? The answers are pretty simple. So simple, in fact, that you’ll say to yourself, “Darn-it, self, why didn’t I think of that?”

Admit it, we all do this when an invention is put out into the market place that we thought of years ago, or one that is so effortless we should have thought of it, like the Tricycle Lawnmower (that would be the best gift ever).

But I digress, I better get back to my countdown of the Top 10 Ways to Make Money Blogging, before my mind-numbing introduction puts you to sleep.

10 Ways to Make Money Blogging Countdown

Here we go…

The Number 10 Way to Make Money Blogging- Dress Like Your Favorite Superhero and Act Like a Moron in Front of the Camera

There are a lot of creative individuals on the web that are dressing up like their favorite super hero and then throwing away any self-dignity they act to act silly in front of the camera.

The Pros:

  • Some of these individuals have over 1,000,000 views on YouTube, enough said.

The Cons:

  • If your not comfortable running around your house in your PJ’s and totally acting like and overgrown ADHD child who had 100 Pixie Stix’s for lunch, then I don’t suggest you use this strategy.
  • Don’t get me wrong, I think some of these videos are hilarious. And they are probably making a nice passive income each month from YouTube. It’s just not my style. But if it’s yours, go for it.

The Number 9 Method to Make Money Blogging – Placing Ads on Your Blog with Google AdSense

Google AdSense is a program in which you can place ads on your blog through Google. You get paid when visitors click on an ad on your site.

The Pros:

  • You make a little bit of money.

The Cons:

  • You make a little bit of money.
  • Google AdSense is a nice way to earn pocket change, but you will never earn a full-time income off of AdSense if this is the only way to generate income on your site.
  • Moreover, AdSense ads on your site takes the traffic that you worked so hard to attract and points them to another seller.

The Number 8 Practice to Make Money Blogging – Become an Associate of Amazon and Sell Their Products

This program works much like AdSense, only you are selling products for Amazon. I use this program to promote my books and others that I feel will be of use to my visitors. But again, there are some pitfalls with just depending upon Amazon’s Associates Program.

The Pros:

  • You can create your own Amazon store on your website and sell every single one of Amazon’s products.
  • You get paid monthly.

The Cons:

  • You only earn 4% commissions on the purchase price.
  • Consequently, you will need to sell an unheard of amount of Amazon products from your site.
  • Also, visitors, once again, are taken from your website.
  • Isn’t the point of having a blog to keep your visitors there?

The Number 7 Strategy to Make Money Blogging – Sell Your Own Ad Space

A creative way to make money blogging is to sell your own advertising space on your website. I’ve seen this done on many blogs with success. Just remember that the ad space you sell should be related to the niche your blog falls into. I wouldn’t recommend selling ad space to a candle collector blogger if your blog is about new and upcoming technology.

The Pros:

  • Selling ad space on your blog can generate a nice monthly income.
  • You can also build your search engine rankings by stipulating that the bloggers who buy ad space on your blog link back to your blog somehow.

The Cons:

  • If you are a brand new blogger, I wouldn’t advise that you try to sell ad space. If you’re only getting 50 to 500 visitors per day, bloggers won’t be enticed to buy space from you because you aren’t getting enough traffic to your website. I suggest that you start considering to sell advertising space on your blog when it is averaging around 1,000 visitors per day. That way potential customers will be motivated to buy from you because the return on their investment is worth the risk.

The Number 6 Way to Make Money Blogging – Write Reviews for Money

This is a pretty straight forward way to make money blogging. It is also an excellent way to create content, which is a must for all bloggers… Content. Content. Content. You will have to do your research, however, to find companies that will pay you to write reviews, such as PayPerPost and ReviewMe.

The Pros:

  • Like I stated before, reviewing products is a great way to generate content ideas for your blog.
  • Customers, when faced with purchasing decisions, are using the internet to find reviews on the products they are looking to buy.
  • Some companies even pay you a nice fee for a product review.

The Cons:

  • Some of the companies that pay bloggers for reviews have stringent requirements. You will need to do your research to find out which ones will best meet your needs and skill-set.
  • Also, they don’t pay very much per post. I have seen, however, some that will offer up to $200 per post, but they will limit you to how many you can write each month.

The Number 5 Strategy to Make Money Blogging – Ask for Donations

Now, I don’t personally ask for donations on my blogs, but I have seen it on others. I usually see donation buttons on personal blogs where the blogger isn’t trying to sell their visitors products. This is perfectly suitable for these kinds of blogs. But, in my opinion, if you are trying to sell products on your blog and you are still asking for donations, you look a little needy. Moreover, this tells your visitors that no one is buying from you because you’re asking for money.

The Pros:

  • Free Money. That’s about all I can think of.

The Cons:

  • Not very many people donate to blogs unless their is a cause attached to it. For example, if your blog is about helping find a cure for child’s cancer, then – by all means – slap a donation button on your blog. If that doesn’t fall into your blog niche, don’t do it.

The Number 4 Method to Make Money Blogging – Sell Other Peoples’ Products as an Affiliate

I have already mentioned one way to become an affiliate in number 8. To make money blogging as an affiliate, you essentially sign up to sell another company’s products for a commission. In fact, most of the major retailers now offer affiliate services to help them sell their products.

The Pros:

  • You don’t need to create your own products, which save a lot of time.
  • You can earn a steady income each month.

The Cons:

  • To make money blogging just as an affiliate, you will need to sell a lot of products just to produce the kind of income you want. For instance, you only earn 4% with Amazon.
  • I have seen other companies on the web, however, that do offer up to 25%, even up to 75% in commissions. There is only one company that I know of on the internet that offers 100% commissions on sales from their products.

The Number 3 Strategy to Make Money Blogging – Offer a Membership to Your Website with a Monthly Fee to Access Exclusive Content

Many writers are now offering memberships to exclusive content on their blogs in order to make money blogging. These memberships range anywhere from a small monthly fee to a large one time fee. For example, ESPN offers a monthly access fee to their premium content on ESPN Insider.

The Pros:

  • You can charge as much as you like for access to your exclusive content, just be sure it is reasonable.
  • This will also create a nice monthly income for your blog.

The Cons:

  • In order to offer memberships to your site, you will need to write or create content that is somehow different from your free content on your blog.
  • This premium content must also offer some kind of value that your visitor cannot find anywhere else for free. In addition, I suggest that you only offer memberships for exclusive content when you are receiving an average of 1,000 visitors per day.

The Number 2 Method to Make Money Blogging – Create and Sell Your Own Products

Now, I would normally put this way to make money blogging at number 1 because it is by far the best way to make money from your blog. Plus, your own products also give you authority in your own niche and make you look like an expert.

The Pros:

  • Visitors see you as an expert in your niche.
  • Allows for full creativity of what you want to sell.
  • You control the price of your products.

The Cons:

  • Creating your own products takes a tremendous amount of time; time that should be spent attracting a following for your blog.
  • Overhead and cost, if you are mailing products.

The Number 1 Way to Make Money Blogging – Find a Company that Will Give You the Resell Rights to All of Their Products at 100% Commissions.

While the above 9 ways to make money blogging are all effective in their own way, the number 1 way I have found to make money blogging on the internet is to find a proven company that has already created the products and gives you the resell rights at 100% commissions.

This may sound too good to be true. But there is one company out there that practices this.

The Pros:

  • Everything

The Cons:

  • Not doing anything will earn you $0

All in all, all of these are good ways to make money blogging. In fact, you can employ every single one of them as multiple streams of income. The point is to be diligent, persevere, and be creative. It will take a lot of blog posts to drive traffic to your blog and gain a loyal readership. It won’t happen after just 10, so keep going and good luck to you.

Until Next Time – Keep Blogging and Making Money,

Shaun F MessickShaun Messick

A company offering their products for resell at 100% commissions may sound too good to be true. But there is one company out there that practices this. As a result, they have exploded in sales since their launch in 2011, paying out nearly $40,000,000 in commissions to their affiliates.

C’mon. I know what you’re thinking, Becoming an affiliate for a company like this must cost an arm and a leg.

Well, if your arm and leg only costs $25.00, then it does.

BooksHave you ever asked yourself how a single person keeps on updating his blog with fresh content regularly without running out of ideas? There are some bloggers that will leave you to wonder how they manage to write content regularly. No one can dispute their prolific writing skills.

For instance, Seth Godin updates his blog regularly with fresh content. When I was first introduced to blogging, I thought I won’t be able to write. But with time, I now know that blogging isn’t difficult. For the past three years, I have learned a lot about blogging. I have written articles for various blogs and websites. However, I’m yet to learn more about writing so that I become a better prolific writer.

Becoming a blogger is all about learning how to blog. Blogging isn’t difficult as some people may tend to think. Below are four most important blogs that will teach you how to blog and how you can become a better blogger.

1.) Blogtyrant.com

2.) Copyblogger.com

3.) Problogger.net/blog

4.) Bloggingtips.com

If you’re starting a freelancing writing business, then Freelancefolder.com blog will greatly help you with advice on how to go about your freelancing writing business.

Any person who is computer literate can now create a blog. You don’t have to worry about the technical aspects since there are blogging software such as WordPress and Empower Network that have simplified blogging.

Importance of Blogging

1.) Blogging is Interesting: There is something that you really love doing (your passion). Go ahead and create a blog and start blogging about your passion. Blogging will make you to learn more about your passion. You’ll be surprised by the attention you’ll be receiving from people.

2.) Proper Usage of Free Time: Blogging isn’t a waste of time. If it was a waste of time we could not be having so many blogs currently. Instead of you being idle during most of your free time, you should create a blog and start blogging. This will make you not to question yourself on what you should do to keep yourself busy whenever you have free time.

3.) Inspiring Others: Blogging has made it possible for people to encourage one another despite the fact that they have never met each other. People share problems and support one another. For instance, here is a quote I came across that made me realize how blogging has made it possible for a person to get support from people, “I was having problems with depression and anxiety disorder, and it felt like not blogging about it was creating a false history. When I did finally share the problems I was having, I was shocked -not only by the support that was given to me, but also by the incredible amount of people who admitted they struggled with the same thing.”– Jenny Lawson

In fact, I encourage more youths to start blogging in order to inspire other youths who are facing various challenges such as starting a business, running a business, advancing career, unemployment, how to overcome substance abuse etc.

4.) Making Money Online: Start blogging to earn some money online if you haven’t found your dream job. There are many opportunities online that you can use your blog to make money. You can start blogging for money by being hired as a blogger. You can use your blog to do affiliate marketing or you can use your blog to sell products to people online.

The opportunities to make money online from a blog are just many. It is upon you to make a decision on how you’re going to make money online blogging.

5.) Gaining Exposure and Attracting Prospective Employers: Blogging exposes you as an expert in your field. You’ll be recognized as an expert when you share informative information on your blog and also on other blogs that allow guest blogging. Some people will seek your advice while there are those who will refer people to read your articles.

Blogging will also expose your talent, creativity, passion and your dedication. “Blogging is a great way to show your talents and interests to prospective employers, while adding an edge to your resume. If you blog consistently it shows your dedication, passions and creativity-all of which are key attributes employers look for in job candidates.”– Lauren Conrad

6.) Blogging Improves Your Writing Skills: When you keep on blogging, with time you become a better writer. You’ll learn how to express yourself better. Blogging improves your writing skills and also your skills to communicate with people.

7.) Marketing and Building Relationships with Customers: Blogging is important in marketing. A blog is a marketing tool and marketers should use blogs to inform people about the products they’re selling. Marketers should blog informative information about the products they’re marketing so that people know how such products are going to be useful to them in solving various problems. Blogging builds better relationships between customers and businesses.

Major Challenge in Blogging

The major challenge that many blog owners (bloggers) are facing is inadequate targeted traffic. Without targeted traffic, a blog will never flourish. When you realize that your blog isn’t attracting enough targeted traffic, you shouldn’t give up.

It is normal for anyone to feel discouraged due to disappointments but giving up isn’t a solution. Giving up is creating another problem of having not found a solution that works effectively. The best you can do instead of giving up is to find out how you’ll drive targeted traffic to your blog.

So, why is your blog not receiving targeted traffic? Some of the reasons are as follows:

1.) Your blog is yet to be known since it is still new. It requires exposure.

2.) There is no enough content on your blog to attract people and for the search engines to rank your blog.

3.) The content you have published on your blog isn’t of high-quality. Publishing mediocre content on your blog could be the reason why it lacks targeted traffic.

4.) The niche of your blog could be the reason for insufficient targeted traffic. If your blog is targeting a niche that is too competitive or the one that people are not interested in, then your blog will not attract any significant amount of targeted traffic.

5.) You haven’t started selling a product that solves a particular problem or you could be selling a product that isn’t useful.

6.) You haven’t optimized your blog in the search engines. You have not used the search engine optimization techniques to optimize your blog.

7.) You haven’t done list building and this has led you not to keep in touch with people who visit your blog. They visit your blog never to visit it again since they forget it.

8.) You have not captured people’s attention. Your blog doesn’t have content that is interesting for people to read. You haven’t used headlines that will capture the attention of people. You haven’t also posted videos or pictures that capture people’s attention. You’re not giving giveaways. People love getting things for free!

9.) Your blog contains many spelling and grammar mistakes. People will not want to go on reading a blog that has posts containing many spelling and grammar mistakes.

10.) Another reason for lack of targeted traffic is ignoring the readers and writing for the search engines. Focusing mainly to optimize your blog in the search engines instead of focusing on your readers will eventually make your readers to stop visiting your blog.

Ten Ways of Increasing Traffic

Driving targeted traffic to your blog is a process that should be continuous. Here are ten ways that you can use to drive targeted traffic to your blog.

1.) Update Your Blog Regularly: You should start updating your blog regularly with fresh content that is unique and informative if you haven’t been doing that.

2.) Quality Content and Not Quantity Content: Although you should update your blog with fresh content, it doesn’t mean that you should update it with any content for the sake of updating it regularly. High-quality content is important in retaining your existing targeted traffic. Posting high-quality content will make people to visit your blog since they know that they’re going to benefit a lot.

3.) Gain Exposure for Your Blog: Use internet marketing techniques that will ensure your blog gains exposure. Some of the internet marketing techniques that you can use include social networking sites, search engine optimization ways, viral marketing, pay per click Ads, Google AdWords etc.

4.) Keep in Touch with Your Audience: You have to do list building. Let the people who are visiting your blog to give you their email addresses willingly. You’ll later on contact them so that you remind them to visit your blog.

5.) Attract People’s Attention: Capture people’s attention so that they can keep on visiting your blog. Use headlines that will capture people’s attention to read your blog posts. You should also post videos, infographics and include pictures on your blog posts so that they attract people’s attention.

6.) Avoid Spelling and Grammar Mistakes: Proofread your articles. Let someone else read your articles before you publish them on your blog. This is to ensure that your articles don’t contain spelling and grammar mistakes.

7.) Engage Your Audience: You need to engage your audience. Ask them questions and let them comment on your blog posts. Reply their comments. This way, your audience will know that you appreciate them and value their opinions. Your audience will trust you and they’ll keep on visiting your blog and also refer people to visit your blog.

8.) Allow Guest Blogging: You should invite experts to publish content on your blog. When you allow experts in your field of specialization to do guest blogging, your blog will gain good reputation. People will trust it and this makes your blog to be authoritative.

9.) Quality Products: Selling high-quality products will make people to visit your blog. A word of mouth will spread much faster about your blog if you’re selling high-quality product that is solving a particular problem that other products haven’t been able to resolve.

10.) Buy Traffic: Buying traffic will at least make people to know your blog. There are many websites that specialize in selling traffic.

I’m just pretty like you except… (just name them). I trust that attaining success is doing all positive things like setting goals, working hard, proper management of time, being optimistic, doing great work, helping others, following intuition, making good choices, seeking help from God and from people, taking each day at a time and the list goes on. I have come also to understand that life may turn out to be unfair but God remains to be good throughout.

Internet is my platform where I blog and write articles.

My wise words are as follows: It’s for the kind of help others sacrificed to offer us that has made us what we are now. We should also offer that help without discrimination for discrimination gets us nowhere other than denying others opportunities that solve a lot of problems in society.

I embrace Entrepreneurship as a professional. I rather work and share positive ideas. I don’t waste other people’s time. I use internet morally. So, am I a workaholic? That really depends on…

I like reading books, articles and sharing any useful information like pictures and videos with people. That is the reason why I blog.

Barbara Shelton’s Review of “Forever Amish” by Kate Lloyd

Send to Kindle

Barbara J. Shelton

The story between the covers of Forever Amish caused me to lose sleep.  Not because it troubled me, only that I could not lay it on my bedside table and turn out the light.  Kate Lloyd certainly does not write a boring story, she is a master storyteller.  Even if I needed toothpicks to keep my eyes open, I intended to see what was on the next page…the next, and the next!

Now that I have rested…I see I might have rested from writing my review a bit too long.  A long list of great reviews have been published regarding Forever Amish,  leaving me uncertain of what more I could reveal to convince you to read this book.  More than one story is being told through Ms. Lloyd’s capably entertaining style of penning words together, characterizing the people and situations in vivid Technicolor that read like a movie in my head.   All emotions possible can be felt reading about Sally Bingham and the exploits to which she is subjected after receiving a seemingly sincere email from Lizzie Zook inquiring about buying a Welsh Corgi.  Sally breeds and shows Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs and such a request from an Amish person piques her curiosity.

Sally decides a change in venue is what she needs to clear her mind and become decisive about several thorny issues she is miserably pondering.   Dad Ed’s health is failing.  Why did her mother abandon her as a baby?  Sally is engaged to Donald, a haughty man of substantial wealth but inattentive to her emotional concerns.  Sally has a growing apprehension Donald is not right for her.  Why has her dad never told her anything about her mom, is she still living?  She doubts herself and who she really is.  She has never met anyone from her dad’s or mom’s families. Sally feels inadequate and a failure.  She reserves a room in an Amish Bed & Breakfast near where she would meet Lizzie Zook, only to find the B&B closed because of an emergency.  Much to her chagrin, she ended up staying with the Zook family.

From this point on, Sally is in for big trouble.  Little does she realize her life is in for shocking changes, never to be the same.  Real life becomes a bad dream when Sally comes face to face with the querulous Zook family and cantankerous Reuban Zook.  Rhoda Zook is a sweetheart and perfect Amish wife.  Handsome bachelor Armin King is considered a good catch by the Amish eligible ladies.  Is it love at first sight between Sally and Armin?  The plot thickens.  Mystery begins to surround every character through suspicious actions and reactions.  Everyone holds secrets.  It becomes a conundrum – only God can solve.  “For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.” (Luke 8:17).

Forever Amish is a definite stand-alone story, the third in a series of three.  I have not read Leaving Lancaster or Pennsylvania Patchwork as yet.  Being a new fan of Kate Lloyd, I will soon add them to my TBR stack.  If you enjoy a little suspense with a bit of romance, and a laugh or two, I guarantee you will enjoy this book.  You will recognize many of God’s promises being granted in this story filled with compassion, healing, family ties, forgiveness, and reunion.   “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, whohave been called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)   And, I take liberty to add, for those that return or begin to follow the Lord in their own time.   Thank you Ms. Lloyd for this gift of love, and now if you don’t mind…. I will turn off the light and get some sleep.

Disclosure: I received a free copy of this book from Litfuse Publicity Group for an honest review.

Eight Facts about Kate

When an automobile salesman, I preferred selling used-cars. Buyers either liked them or they didn’t. No wishy-washy: “Does it come in a four-door or different color?”

My favorite book is War and Peace.

I’m a dog person — I showed several breeds in the ring and used to pick up strays — but I’m a cat magnet. I’ve been told I have good cat etiquette. They even follow me on the street.

I eat gluten-free, so I must skip cake — unless it’s flourless — and consume the icing. Once, I made my mother-in-law’s signature brown-sugar frosting and ate the whole batch.

I add organic whole whipping cream to my bitter Italian morning coffee. Yummy!

My dad and I spent many a day in our waders fly-fishing on the Stillaguamish River together. I still love the smell of pipe tobacco and think of him often.

I like the old Miss Marple on PBS the best.

Yes, my hair really is this curly on its own, especially when it rains.

How to Start a Blog for Profit

Send to Kindle

An online presence is important these days for whatever enterprise you engage in. To connect with a wide variety of people there is no bigger forum than the Internet. If you are looking for a way to show off your expertise and also make a little money while doing it, consider starting a blog.

What is a Blog?

A blog is actually an online journal of sorts. With a blog you can upload daily posts about anything that you want. Some people create personal blogs as a way to keep in touch with family members. Pictures, videos and other information are uploaded so your loved ones are current with what is going on with you.

Here we are going to talk about business blogs. This is a blog that you begin to attract traffic in order to sell products or services. To be interesting to others, your blog will need to:

• Have updated content for visitors

How to Start

If you are new to blogging, use a free blogging platform to get your feet wet. Sites like Blogger.com, WordPress.org, Blogspot.com and others offer free blogs to users. Depending on the site you choose, the themes and plug-ins (added features) will vary. Most will walk you through the process step by step so that you can be up and running in no time.

Before you start posting, decide what will be the theme, or niche of your blog. A jack-of-all-trades type of blog doesn’t do as well as one that is geared towards a certain niche. If you like crafts, that can be your niche. Create posts that talk about how to craft, what to craft, how to make crafting profitable and so on. Once you have decided on a path, it is time to create that great content.

How to Make Money

In order to make money with your blog, you need to have people visiting it. That is where marketing comes in. to draw traffic you have to get the word out about your blog. Tell all of your friends and family members that you are online with your blog for a start.

Any money-making venture will take place once you have built your readership with interesting posts. Then you can put into play a number of profitable additions:

• Google AdSense
• Selling Advertising
• Affiliate Marketing
• EBook Marketing

The simplest one to pursue is Google AdSense. You are using targeted advertisements to create revenue for your blog. You are paid per clicks on the ads.

There are other options where you can get paid when someone makes a sale on that website. That is more likely to happen when you join an affiliate program. Join affiliate program that work well with your website niche.

EBooks are short downloadable electronic books that you can create yourself and sell on your website. They can be on a variety of subjects but in order for them to sell, you must be able to offer new information to your customers.

Blogs can be used to build revenue. Start with your chosen niche and market your blog to find the traffic you need. Then, utilize these ideas to turn a profit.

Get Articles for your Website or Blog without writing a Word. If you’ve got a website or blog, you know that the one thing you can’t get enough of is content. Articles to publish on your website or blog, tips to publish in your ezine, and content to create reports for your readers. Sound familiar? Now, to get content, you have a few options.

1. Use free reprint articles. These are great. But, with each article you publish, you’re linking to and promoting others as the expert.
2. Hire ghostwriters. Again, a great option, unless you’re on a tight budget. Ghostwritten articles can cost anywhere between $7-25 per article, depending on quality and length. Plus, it can be extremely difficult to find the “perfect” writer. (But, once you do, stick with her and pay her well!)
3. Write it Yourself. A great option and many of us do. However, if you’re creating many niche websites (or if you’re overwhelmed with other work), sometimes the writing load can get a bit heavy.
4. Private Label Rights (PLR). Here’s the route many web publishers prefer. You buy articles that are very affordable and very flexible. No linking to others. No paying for unique articles. You can change them as much as you’d like or just stick them onto your website as they are. If you’d like to learn more about PLR, check out http://www.easyplr.com/go.php?af=1571007 for more free information.
