Title: A Template for the Christian Life!

The third book and final book in Lynn Hobbs’ Running Forward Saga is a template for how we Christians can handle the joys and sorrows of life when we rely upon the Lord.

Here we meet characters who are not concerned to let others see their joy in Messiah, and this, I believe, was the authors’ purpose in writing the two books that preceded it, for if we don’t see the struggles and experience all that Susan had to deal with this book might seem trite. Instead, having skillfully laid a foundation of pain, abuse, divorce and all that each of these issues entailed and there negative impact on our heroine we would not be able to walk and rejoice with her as she fully lives this life while looking forward to the next, blessed to know that her pain is being used by God to help others as she reaches out to them.

Author, Lynn Hobbs has not given us a ‘Pollyanna’ look at life in this sage. And because there are still issues…battles with sin and self as well as the consequences of poor choices in ‘Hidden Creek’, this is a real and uplifting read, I do recommend. http://amzn.to/1DQ0W0f
